Delivery timeframes, order changes, returns and refunds.
Delivery
Please allow up to 2–3 days for us to prepare your order. This is just an estimate — we normally prepare your order the next day. Once shipped, delivery times are:
- West Malaysia: 3–7 business days
- East Malaysia: 7–15 business days
Please expect possible delays during sales and promotional periods. For help, contact us via live chat or WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
Order Cancellations & Amendments
We're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. For security reasons, we are also unable to change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed. Please double-check all your details before checkout.
Returns & Refunds
- Refunds and exchanges apply to online orders placed through our website only.
- Contact us at mummum.laz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason.
- Only defective products are allowed for refund or replacement.
- Damaged items will receive a replacement or a refund via Reward Points.
- All refunds are done via Reward Points — we do not offer cash refunds.
- Promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We aim to respond within 3 business days of receiving your request.
